Other Ways You Can Help

There are many ways you can show your support of the Baltimore Museum of Industry.

Donations

We accept donations of cash, stock, and planned or deferred gifts. To discuss your giving options, please contact Penelope Fallon at pfallon@thebmi.org or 410.727.4808 ext. 129.

CITC

Your donation may be eligible for a tax credit!

Thanks to the Community Investment Tax Credit [CITC] program offered by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, individuals can support the BMI and receive state tax credits of up to 50% of their donation, in addition to the standard state and federal tax deductions.

An individual participating in the CITC program may pay as little as 27 cents for each dollar contributed after tax credits and deductions are applied. Sound too good to be true? It’s not! Contact Penelope Fallon at pfallon@thebmi.org or 410.727.4808 ext. 129.
