Volunteer
Volunteer opportunities abound at the Baltimore Museum of Industry for people looking to get involved. We need people with the following skill sets:
Handy-man/woman
Do you have light construction skills that can be put to use fabricating exhibits, building displays, doing electrical work, etc.? Repair projects abound in our 1865 building.
Clerical skills
We’re always looking for people with office experience to help with mailing projects, filing, and general clerical work.
Events know-how
Our fundraisers help support our education programs, exhibitions and collections, but they take a ton of hands to do them right. Join our silent auction committee or be a part of the set up committee to help us pull off our fundraising events successfully.
Collections
Assist us in the management and care of the collections. Projects may include working with object, archive, library, or photograph collections. Learn more about volunteer and internship opportunities with the collection.
